Project Manager

We are an innovative systems integrator and we are constantly pushing boundaries within the telecommunications industry. The purpose of the project team is to ensure the flawless day to day running of multiple projects of varying sizes across a multitude of industry sector’s to external customer organisations; therefore, having the ability to prioritise your work load is a key skill.

We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, hands on, enthusiastic Project Manager who is committed to delivering high quality contact centre solutions to customers. Whilst the hiring company specialise in telecommunications and contact centre technology, experience is not essential, but knowledge of working for a system integrator in this industry would be of benefit.

The candidate’s client facing, language and documentation skills must be excellent as you will be expected to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity with aggressive timelines.

The role will be primarily located in the UK Head Office in Bristol but involves national and international travel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver accurate and detailed project work plans and continuously monitor progress, modifying as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Accountable for the day-to-day management of all aspects of projects, exceptional risk and issue identification, mitigation and management.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project demands
• Ensure all project related documentation are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
• Work closely with relevant stake holders (internally and externally) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
• Work with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to define and document new requirements and explain feasibility.
• Submit project status reports to stakeholders

Test Analyst

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Test Analyst who is passionate about technology and is committed to delivering high quality software to customers. As a Test Analyst, you will be involved in test planning, preparation, execution, defect management and reporting across all phases of the software development life cycle. This role is ideal for someone who is determined to explore the testing spectrum and move further in their testing career.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership for system test activities in both an agile and waterfall-based environment based on the specific client in all phases in the SDLC.
• Analysis and creation of test deliverables including test plans, test cases/scripts, test execution reports and defect reporting.
• Creation of an issues log and the maintenance of all issues related to the log from initiation to resolution per project.
• Defect management and reporting using Excel/JIRA – reporting on the types of defects both internally and externally where necessary, clearly communicating the cause and the severity of the defect, whilst understanding and documenting the root cause analysis.
• Detailed manual test scripting for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution.
• Create test reports to project stakeholders both internal and external to the company.
• Support customers in UAT phase.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders both internal and external to the company in resolution of issues or defects.

Key Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills in supporting clients through their own testing processes, both remotely and on-site where necessary.
• Strong communication and workload management skills.
• Must be able to work independently and proactively with self-drive.
• Requires a varied array of testing experience within the following types of environment;
- Web services/Process Flows
- Web/Mobile/Standalone Applications
- Technical application of QA using Business Processes
- Web Applications
- Thick Client Applications
- SQL Server Management Studio
• Strong analytical and business mind, with the ability to understand the quality assurance process from both a business and technical perspective
• Agile & Scrum experience
• ISEB/ISTQB System Testing Foundation Certification at minimum
• Basic understanding of computer networking

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communicator – will always be working in a team environment with developers, consultants, project managers etc.
• Be able to liaise and communicate with customers.
• Be able to handle working in a pressured environment with tight deadlines.
• Adaptability as we are looking for someone that can shift between projects and workload and be productive quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• We need a Test Analyst that can see the project from the client’s perspective, so they can stimulate discussion on project development both internally with directly with client project teams.
• Proactive - Ability to identify and discuss improvements to current processes.
• Must be from an IT based background who is familiar and comfortable with computer technology of all forms.

Application Design and Deployment Consultant

The consultancy team are accountable for all technical project delivery and the solutions consultant role is to work within a team of consultants across UK and South Africa, working with clients to deliver state of the art customer experience solutions using the Anana/Genesys product suite.

Responsible to: Principal Consultant
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with clients to understand business requirements
• Use case mapping
• Creation of technical design documentation
• Data modelling
• Work to automate all repetitive tasks
• Build and configure CX solutions
• Work with the solution architect to ensure solutions are aligned with the agreed architecture
• Work with the support team to define OSS solutions for designs implemented
• Hosting technical pre-sales sessions providing production demonstrations on key use cases for the latest in CX management


Key Skills & Behaviours:

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience on working on multiple projects across multiple disciplines
• Proven experience of understanding the client context, conducting design workshops and preparing functional/technical solution blueprint
• Experience in Genesys Pure Engage
• Experience in Genesys Framework Component (experience in one or more of GVP, eService, GRE, SIP, URS, Info Mart, GMS, OCS, GPlus Integrations, etc.)

Desirable:

• Experience in leveraging Genesys product solution to automate customer service processes like Task Routing, Interaction Routing, CTI Reporting, etc.
• Experience on Auxiliary systems such as CRM, WFM, Speech Analytics, Virtual Hold and in cutting edge technologies including BOT, AI,RPA systems (desirable)
• Working knowledge of capabilities of leading other platform providers such as Cisco, Amazon Connect, Salesforce, NICE, inContact, Verint
• Knowledge of cloud based architecture
• Experience in microservices architecture
