Software Engineer

A developer with at least 1 years professional .NET experience is required to join an innovative development team, for a fast-growing and market-leading contact centre solution provider. Infrastructure Support Engineer

The purpose of this role will be to provide 2nd line infrastructure support to our expanding customer base covering a whole range of technologies and software solutions.

This role will suit those who are eager and willing to learn with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to the work place. The environment in the office is friendly/relaxed atmosphere while focussed on work. The team you will be working with are supportive and approachable so you will have a good level of support in this role where needed.

The successful candidate will also need to be flexible and will be part of an on-call rota, this will include weekends though this will only be after 3-6 months.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform morning daily checks on live customer systems
• Providing 2nd line support to not only multiple customers but also internal staff
• Manage customer incident and service requests through an internal ticketing system
• Monitor customer environments and systems using a variety of tools
• Work closely with the Development & Consultant teams on issues/problems, making sure they have all the information needed to get to the roots of problems.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors to log issues and faults if required
• Carry out upgrades, maintenance and fixes to a whole range of different systems and software types
• Assist and work delivering customer and internal projects
• Use development and pre-production environments to test and fault issues and then manage any fixes into customer live environments

Test Analyst

We are looking for a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Test Analyst who is passionate about technology and is committed to delivering high quality software to customers. As a Test Analyst, you will be involved in test planning, preparation, execution, defect management and reporting across all phases of the software development life cycle. This role is ideal for someone who is determined to explore the testing spectrum and move further in their testing career.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership for system test activities in both an agile and waterfall-based environment based on the specific client in all phases in the SDLC.
• Analysis and creation of test deliverables including test plans, test cases/scripts, test execution reports and defect reporting.
• Creation of an issues log and the maintenance of all issues related to the log from initiation to resolution per project.
• Defect management and reporting using Excel/JIRA – reporting on the types of defects both internally and externally where necessary, clearly communicating the cause and the severity of the defect, whilst understanding and documenting the root cause analysis.
• Detailed manual test scripting for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution.
• Create test reports to project stakeholders both internal and external to the company.
• Support customers in UAT phase.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders both internal and external to the company in resolution of issues or defects.

Key Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills in supporting clients through their own testing processes, both remotely and on-site where necessary.

Junior IT Security Engineer

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing IT company and take responsibility for the business’ information security management and compliance activities. This job opportunity is a new role within Anana due to continued growth with customers and demand on security and compliance activities. You will be mentored by the Information Security Manager to develop and become responsible for activities within the role but must be willing to self-study around technologies and market trends.

The Junior IT Security Engineer has an active role in ensuring the information assets of Anana and its customers are secure. This could cover a variety of scenarios in the company from ensuring documentation is up to date to working with the networking team to ensure network integrity.

The Junior IT Security Engineer is responsible for:
• Supporting the activities of the Information Security Team
• Implementing and managing security technologies
• Documenting designs, security procedures and knowledge base articles around security technologies
• Assist with remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities from vulnerability scanning and penetration tests
• Supporting response to security incidents and emergencies
• Providing IT Security support to Anana and their customers
• Providing out-of-hours support in the case of incidents and emergencies
• Occasional work at customer sites (including abroad) or evening work for project deliveries
• Support the implementation and compliance to ISO27001 policies and assisting with response to security audits
• Supporting the Information Security Manager where required

Application Design and Deployment Consultant

The consultancy team are accountable for all technical project delivery and the solutions consultant role is to work within a team of consultants across UK and South Africa, working with clients to deliver state of the art customer experience solutions using the Anana/Genesys product suite.
